I think newborn magic is contagious. There’s tranquility even in the chaos and the rhythms of a newborn make you slow down. It’s not easy and it is messy, but it’s beautiful and so very short. When I leave a newborn photography session I always feel a bit of that magic.
I love “In-Home” newborn photography sessions, I am able to capture a bit of what life is like in those early moments for the growing family and it allows the family to be in the comfort of their home. I bring everything you need for the session: a wardrobe of dresses for Mama to choose from, clothes for Daddy and any little siblings, as well as swaddles and blankets. My newborn photography sessions include both your sweet new baby and immediate family members.
My style is natural newborn posing. I do not pose the baby in fancy poses, little baskets, or fancy outfits. Instead, I have the baby in natural positions, both wrapped and unwrapped and in pictures by themselves and with family members.
